Gabriel Iglesias House: Where Fluffy Lives and His Real Estate Journey
Hey there – today we gonna talk about something different than the usual ramblings we do. I have been reading a lot about Gabriel Iglesias house. This guy is also known as Fluffy and he is the funniest guy I’ve ever seen on the American TV shows. So I’m gonna share about where he lives and the other related stuff, hope you like it.
Gabriel Iglesias house: where does Fluffy live?
When someone asks where does Gabriel Iglesias live? The answer is not that straight as he has many houses. According to public resources he owns a few properties and one of the most talked about is in Signal Hill, California.
Gabriel’s property in Signal Hill is pretty big as one report suggests it is around 3,000 square feet with multiple bathrooms and some really unique features. What is crazy is that Gabriel also has a kind of compound which is nearby and it is about 14,000-square-foot space. Gabriel’s house feels like less of a house and more of a multi-use property. This place is where he keeps his tour merchandise, what he calls Fluffy Museum, and even a vintage car collection there.
The Fluffy Museum and his collection
For me this is the best part about Gabriel Iglesias’ real estate portfolio. In that large compound he apparently has what he calls the Fluffy Museum. Here he’s got his vintage car collection that includes a big collection of Volkswagen buses too. It seems like he’s pretty serious about his love for Volkswagen buses as he restored a ton of them.
I read somewhere that this compound runs on solar energy which is a cool touch. It’s not just for the show but there are actual lounge areas, a kitchen, and plenty of places that feel like a man cave.
Amenities – Some bathrooms to remote control toilets 😀
There’s one thing that got me: that is the 172-square-foot bathroom in the compound. Yes, I am not kidding: 172 square feet! In that bathroom, according to interviews, there is a remote-controlled TOTO toilet, a urinal, and a sound system.
There are also big lounge areas, fish tanks, and a place for relaxing, but interestingly the compound doesn’t seem to have traditional bedrooms. It’s more like a secondary space he uses for business, collection, and downtime than a typical home.
Long Beach Home: A Private Spot
Besides Gabriel’s Signal Hill compound he also has a new house in Long Beach, California. This is more like a normal house which is about 3,300 square feet including four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-car garage. There is also a swimming pool for enjoying and chilling.
Why so Many Places?
Now you might be wondering for one person why so many places are needed. For someone like Fluffy who keeps on performing and doing tours it makes sense. A big compound is not just a showpiece but it is functional as well. He uses it for his merchandise and car collection and more to value. Having a place that feels like a personal headquarter.
Gabriel mostly splits his time between properties depending on his schedules. Having the base like a Long Beach home gives him something more private while the compound gives him room to breathe, work, and showcase his passion to the world.
Where does Gabriel Iglesias Currently Live?
Based on the available information he likely spends time in both Signal Hill and Long Beach in California. He hasn’t publicly confirmed selling either place or moving full-time but the homes are constantly referred in public and media reports.
Rumour – What about Texas? Is Fluffy moving there?
This is where things get interesting. Even though he lives in California, Fluffy has been making frequent visits to Texas especially around San Antonio and New Braunfels. Some of his fans suspect that he might be considering a move permanently from California.
He’s been spotted at local favourites like Los Gallos in New Braunfels. He even had dinner at Herbert’s Mexican Restaurant in New Braunfels. Now these repeated visits have fueled the rumours and some locals think he might want to put down roots in that area as well.
My Take on Gabriel Iglesias house
If I were in Fluffy’s shoes I’d probably want a similar set. Touring all the time means you need more than just a bed to crash. A compound where a person can store the stuff, have a creative space, and just decompress, I mean that’s gold. The fact that he is thinking about or already investing time in Texas shows he is not just chasing convenience but is following places he loves.
