Patrick Mahomes House
As of 2023 Mahomes and his family live in a sprawling estate built on an 8-acre land in Belton, Missouri! They bought this plot in 2020 for around 400,000 USD and built a home from scratch. This is not a simple house as it is a custom-built luxury compound designed to reflect the lifestyle. Where does Patrick Mahomes live?
When someone asks where does Patrick Mahomes live, then the simple answer would be as of now he lives at his Belton, Missouri estate!
But this has not always been the case,
Over time:
- In 2017 after entering the professional league, he purchased a condo near Kansas City
- In 2018 he upgraded to a suburban Kansas City home; it is like a ranch-style mansion on roughly 1.4 acres of land
- In 2023 he and his wife sold that home to move into a new Belton estate where he lives now
Then what about Patrick Mahomes lake house? Is it a rumour?
Now this is where things get a bit fizzy, and why it is hard to call anything a lake house with certainty!
There is a story floating around linking Mahomes to a luxurious lakefront development in Missouri: an article about a 7.5 million USD lakefront mansion in a place called The Villages at Shawnee Bend highlights that development as the most expensive listing in the area — and it mentions that people like Mahomes and another celebrity have been connected to visiting that development.
But crucially it is not clear that this belongs to Mahomes. That resource did not provide any proof and only says this type of home is designed for someone with that kind of wherewithal and casually mentions Patrick Mahomes amongst names of people who reportedly frequent that kind of development.
