She has many houses, but one of the most iconic of these homes is an old Spanish-Moorish mansion in Hollywood Hills, which was built in 1927. This house has around more than 3,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
This house has a special place in the heart of Stevie: she used the basement as a recording studio, writing and demoing some of her most beloved songs there. The architecture leans into more dramatic arches, ornate windows, and beams.
Marina del Rey condo
Another house that often comes up is the Marina del Rey condo that she bought during the early 1980s, which was a crucial time in her solo career.
This house or condo is around 2,000 square feet large, including ocean views and a sunken living room with wooden-framed windows that almost feel like you are on a yacht. This house even appeared in some of her videos named Edge of Seventeen, but sadly she sold the house in 1982.

This property had five covered patios, a stained-glass atrium foyer, a library — very atmospheric, especially for someone who says atmosphere is everything. This house was also sold in 2007.
Hawaiian home
Stevie also had a vacation home in Maui, Hawaii near Lahaina. She has spoken very openly about how much that place means to her — the wind, the spirit of the island, and the connection to Fleetwood Mac’s history.
During the wildfire in 2023, she shared a heartfelt message about that area. Luckily, her home was spared, though the destruction nearby was heartbreaking.
